Every girls want to be a beautifull girl. Hands and nails are include beautiful item. Your hands are always on display. Having gorgeous hands and nails is a big step towards becoming a totally hot girl. Unfortunately, your hands do everything for you—cleaning, typing, writing...everything. So it's very easy for your hands to become covered in dry, peeling skin and decorated with thick, dirty nails. Having nice hands and nails is very important, so if you're ready to get those hands you've been dying for, follow these easy steps.
  1. Clean your hands. There's no use in painting your nails and rubbing in lotion if your hands and nails are dirty. If you have nail polish on, remove it before washing your hands.Grab a toothbrush and squirt some soap on it, then rub it in. Leave it next to you. Wash your hands in warm water, not cold or scalding. Use a good quality soap. Rub the soap everywhere: your wrists, in between your fingers, and the area around your nails. Wash the soap off, and then use the soapy toothbrush to scrub the actual nail and the dirt under it. Then make small circular movements around your whole hand with the toothbrush. This gets the hand really clean and makes dead skin disappear.

Lemon Water Help You Lose Weight

Evey women has problem's. All of them are about their body weight. Do you have overweihgt body?
How was the taste of lemon? I think it,s very sour. Celebs such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dina Manzo guzzle hot water with lemon as if the liquid was bottled at the Fountain of Youth itself. They're certain it aids in weight loss—but is the claim too good to be true?

"Hot water with lemon in and of itself does not cause any actual weight loss," says Alissa Rumsey, R.D., a spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. However, if this drink is replacing a beverage that is higher in calories, like coffee with sugar or fruit juice—and that results in a calorie deficit—then it can help you lose weight.

Drinking water—whether hot or cold, infused with lemon, or plain—also helps keep your metabolism humming. "Staying hydrated is an important component of a healthy diet because it boosts your metabolism," says Rumsey. "For those that don’t enjoy plain water, adding some lemon is a great way to boost the flavor without adding calories."
